CREATIVES

If you are a creative that wants to give back to your community, we would love you to join our Impact48 team!! We are looking for creative/art directors, graphic designers, illustrators, copywriters and interactive experts to collaborate with us for one weekend.

Donate 48 hours of your time to create something truly special. Your talents will help elevate an existing non-profit organization's goals in helping out the community within Metro Detroit.

Please fill out a brief application and send along 5-7 samples of work via pdf or website portfolio. Please email completed application and samples to impact48@detroit.aiga.org. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.


Applications for creatives are due April 15th.

Creatives will need to provide their own laptops to work on.

DAY ONE - Saturday, May 17th:
9:00 AM Participants arrive/Breakfast
9:15 - 10:00 AM Kick off meeting
10:00 - 12:00 PM Team Brainstorming
12:00 - 4:30 PM Lunch/Work Time
4:30 - 5:00 PM Brand Identity Presentations
5:00 - 6:00 PM Client, Community Impact Team: Client will choose Brand Identity, establish branding materials. Volunteers: Dinner
6:00 - 6:30 PM Regroup
6:30 - 8:30 PM Work Time
8:30 - 9:00 PM Regroup

DAY TWO - Sunday, May 18th:
9:00 AM Participants arrive/Breakfast
9:15 AM - 12:00 PM Work Time
12:00 - 1:00 PM Lunch
1:00 - 4:30 PM Work Time
4:30 - 5:00 PM The Big Presentation!
5:30 - 6:30 PM Closing Celebration Dinner with Client
